Immediate Hiring - Telesales Agent (SS15)

**Responsibilities**:
The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

**What will you do as a telesales agent**
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

**Specialized knowledge and skills**:
**Necessary skills**:

- Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice
- Selling skills, closing sales
- Ability to handle
- The ability to grasp customer psychology
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Salary Details:
Normal Speakers -Basic: RM 2000 -RM2600

**+ Attractive Commission Payout Scheme up to RM 5000 per month (Pay Out Monthly Basis)**
- **Working Location: SS16 Subang Jaya**:

- **Working Hours**: 8.30am-5.30pm
- **Working Days **:5 days a week (Monday
- Friday), Off Day: Weekend
- **Qualification**: Min SPM graduated with at least 6 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call ) or without experience

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
