**Job Duties & Requirements**
**Industry: Printing Focus: ERP Operations & IT Leadership**
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**1. ERP Systems & Daily Operations**
- Handle day-to-day issues, system configurations, user access, and data accuracy
- Support periodic system updates and manage operational documentation
**2. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design**
- Collaborate with business users and management to understand operational needs
- Translate requirements into actionable IT deliverables and system workflows
- Drive process improvements and recommend scalable ERP enhancements
**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Bridge communication between local users and internal IT teams (regional/global)
- Host cross-functional meetings to align on timelines, priorities, and feedback
- Support training and adoption of new systems or features across departments
**4. IT Team Supervision**
- Lead and guide the local IT staff to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor team performance and encourage skill development
- Coordinate with external vendors when needed
**5. Technical Insight & Development Cycle**
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (industry-specific preferred)
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile principles
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-release support phases
**6. Industry-Specific Awareness**
- Familiarity with printing industry production workflows and operational nuances
- Ability to adjust system settings or build reports tailored to printing processes
- Recommend technology strategies that support manufacturing goals
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or printing industry is a strong asset
- Proven history of working with end-users and leading technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across functions
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with a collaborative and positive attitude
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
