To carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections, repair, corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for government building
- Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Work closely with other departments.
- Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Report to Chargeman.
