**About the Team**:

- As a Data Analyst at Shopee Warehouse, your new role will involve driving analysis and providing business insights to support the growth and expansion of the **warehousing segment**. Once a project is assigned to you, you will be responsible for understanding the requirements, establishing the process, providing a timeline, collaborating with the team and stakeholders, and performing technical functions such as data extraction, cleaning, structuring, massaging, and analysis using primarily the Structured Query Language (SQL) programming language. These activities will result in insights and recommendations that will be presented to the business. Additionally, you will be required to generate reports for the business as needed. You will work with a team to execute assigned projects and report to the project team. If you excel in critical thinking and possess the ability to analyze complex datasets, this role is well-suited for you.- Establish processes for collecting and analyzing internal and external market data to derive operational insights.
- Manage large amounts of data, analyzing them and developing data-driven insights to the business to make strategic planning to drive improvement actions and sound business decisions
- Develop operational strategies and support the operations and logistics teams in executing those strategies.
- Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress.
- Act as the oracle, analyzing trends and critically evaluating existing operational strategies to identify potential dangers and pitfalls.
- Automate reporting processes as required by the team and the company.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a numerical/analytical field is a must
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must.
- Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in data analysis-related work.
- Proficiency in task and report automation.
- A systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex considerations.
- Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner.
