List-ID: 97093921Today 16:10 **Job Description**: - Responsibility - Handles and manage the day-to-day operation of club/centre. - Assist customers on their needs and query for programs, lessons or any other club/centre related matters and attend to their needs during their visit to the centre for good and smooth experiences. - Always identify and assess customers' needs to achieve higher satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication. - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. - Ensure the club/centre facilities & operation are in tip top condition for the comfort and safety of the customers. - Plan, propose and organize marketing and club events. Remain up-to-date on all club promotions, product launches, and events. Assist with all promotion and marketing campaign. - Decorate club/centre facilities according to festive calendar. - Manage club/centre utilities, track record, forms and marketing materials, office supplies, document filing and any related task. - Liaise with contractor/supplier for work and supplies required for clubhouse upkeeping. - To prepare operation reports, documents and meeting slides. - Attend to and handles any situation/happening in the club/centre. - Other ad-hoc duties assigned. **Requirements**: - Positive working attitudes, self-motivated, highly responsible. - Good administrative and communication skills. - Proficiency in major languages. - Strong in planning, organizing skills, innovative and creative. - Proficient in basic computer and Microsoft Office. - Able to work on weekend and rotational shift basis. - Job Details **Job Info & Requirement** - Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Non-Executive- Experience Level- < 1 year- Job Categories- Customer Svc/Call Centre- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia- Nationality Preferred- All Nationalities- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- None**Salary & Other benefits** - Salary**RM 2 000 - 2 500 per month** - Other Benefit (Optional)- Benefits - EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical Leave & Claim - Annual Performance Bonus - Incentive Trip - Training and Professional Development - Team Building & Welfare - Annual Dinner - Free Admission to Sports Facility
