Land Surveyor

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate and handle all scope of works pertaining to survey at the project sites, effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare detailed topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys to provide accurate data for design and construction.
- Collect and process field data, including angles, distances, elevations, and boundaries.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to create precise and comprehensive survey reports and maps.
- Provide layout and staking services for construction projects, ensuring that structures and infrastructure are built in the right locations.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of survey data, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide essential survey information and address project needs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Land Surveying, or a related field is required.
- At least **3 years of working experience** in related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in the use of surveying instruments and software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills to ensure the accuracy of survey data.

**Location Requirement**:

- This position is based in **Sungai Lembing, Kuantan, Pahang.**:
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
