**Job Scope /Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and operational efficiency of the trucking division.
- Plan and coordinate trip schedules, routes, and assignments with drivers, including calculating trip to ensure timely deliveries and optimize fuel efficiency.
- Monitor truck movements to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including trip logs, inspection reports, driver performance and renewal schedules.
- Ensure transportation operations comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations, including driver qualifications and safety standards.
- Manage drivers’ medical renewals by scheduling checkups, coordinating with clinics, and updating related documents in the system
- Coordinate regular PUSPAKOM inspections, ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, and maintain inspection records and certificates.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and roadworthy, and report maintenance status and issues regularly.
- Manage daily logistics operations, coordinate with internal departments, and handle urgent requests or issues promptly.
- To undertake other jobs assigned by superiors as required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management or truck operations within the logistics industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with logistics systems such as Transport Management System (TMS).
- Problem-solving with good organization and time management to work effectively with drivers, customers, and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
