Boiler Operator

Under the leadership of the monitor, responsible for the operation of the boiler and responsible maintain safety equipment at boiler house and economic operation of the boiler at all time. - To ensure steam pressure at required level and to maintain correct water level - To check all equipment condition and hardness of the water in each shift - Doing blow down in each shift per recommendation by the chemical supplier - To ensure daily chemical dosage recommended by supplier - Do all regular work according to regulations, make master value records and run daily reports - Coordinate with boilerman and fireman to ensure boiler is operating in good condition at all time - To ensure and maintain no black smokes from chimney at all time - To control minimum level of chemical in boiler house - Inspect and perform test on boiler systems to find any defects or leaks - Repair or replace parts such as vales, joints or pipes, using welding equipment, hand tools - A comprehensive inspection of the equipment belonging to the boiler shall be carried out one hour before the shift - In case of failure, immediately take over and direct other personnel to deal with it in accordance with the regulations and the squad leader's instruction

- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. Hard-working Production Worker to assist in the manufacturing Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products. Working on the production line and meeting production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Performing other tasks as assigned. 2）Job Qualifications Experience operating manufacturing machinery. Able to work as part of a team. Basic math skills. Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
