Responsibilities:

- To prepare Chinese style cooking for breakfast, lunch, tea-time, dinner.
- Familiar with Chinese cuisine, excellent cooking techniques,
- Sourcing, selecting, purchasing and preparing the ingredients.
- Menu drafting and preparing.
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Responsible for develop menus and well versed in making various Chinese dishes to serve the guests need.
- Responsible for directing the cooking work, reviewing the food menu, and guiding the quality of the dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 2-3 years of experience as a cook.
- Able to prepare various style of Chinese cuisine.
- Creative menu preparation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,476.00 per month
