**QA/QC Manager Responsibilities -**
- The QA/QC Manager role is a single point of contact for all aspects of quality for the contract. The Manager will be responsible for the following list:

- Review specifications and review inspection and test plans by Trades and/or discipline leads. Also, will have the authority to require additional test/s included in the testing matrix if deem necessary.
- Ensure that all information required by the Quality Plan and Specifications is submitted and complies with The requirements.
- Review and approve sub-tier contractor Quality Assurance Plans
- Lead the contractor’s Quality Team to ensure adequate support to the project by a qualified team.
- Ensure all Trades and suppliers adhere and comply with the contractor’s Quality Project Execution Plan.
- Detailed review and approval of Trades and suppliers Quality Plans confirming alignment with the requirements and policies under the contractor’s Quality Project Execution Plan.
- Conduct weekly meetings with all Project QCR’s to deliver ongoing expectations and deliver key learnings and support with clarifications and guidance.
- Liaise with Procurement Manager to ensure QA/QC requirements are included in both pre-qualification process and tender documents.
- Auditing of the construction team, Trades, and supplier procedures.
- Attendance at Contractors Pre-Mobilization meetings and clarification meetings with Trades and suppliers.
- Interface and manage the Coordinated QA Meetings with the Client and Trades.
- Provide Quality Services during Construction in accordance with The Specifications and/or local regulations and management of the Quality Program to ensure Comprehensive Quality of Execution for Customer’s Satisfaction.
- Cooperate with Designers and Construction Supervisors (System Owners) and Third-Party witness and inspection tests/reporting thereon.
- Cooperate with the Third-Party Quality Team, as needed, and any other personnel associated with the Quality team.
- Materials Delivery/Inspection (predominantly equipment) and engaged with other stakeholders per need.
- Manage Off-Site Prefabrication Audits (Source Inspection) as scheduled.
- Track NCRs until their final resolution (follow up) and verify the quality of their proper closure.
- Ensure internal QIA (Quality Incidents Assessments) is conducted in a professional manner and as necessary. The QIA shall be conducted in a timely manner and confirm the quality of the Lessons Learned, correct learnings and publish to all the contractor’s Trades and suppliers and copy the Quality PM.
- Provide Weekly report out to The project team forum on progress and performance.

- Design:

- Review Specification Table of Contents for any constructability issues and potential scope gaps related to summary of work content and specifications provided.
- Production Support
- Ensure prep meetings are performed by Field team for all Design Packages and associated Trade Partners.
- Validate Material Inspections are being performed for all OFCI, CFCI, and Long Lead purchased materials
- Confirm if Source inspections are to be performed for all OFCI, CFCI, and Long Lead purchased materials.
- Validate Trade Partners are documenting their calibrations for equipment quarterly
- Review Work Group Meetings Minutes to ensure decisions made that are in conflict with the specifications are documented via an RFI.
- Validate through the submittal process that training records are submitted for record per design package.
- Issue Management
- Download the NCR log from the QAQC server weekly.
- Manage the NCR data for indicators and report outs.
- Perform Quality AARs for any event that is deemed worthy.
- Master Test Register Management
- Update the Master Test register each time there is a Design Package that is IFC’d
- Review specification updates for constructability and feasibility
- Notify field team of any potential impacts to testing requirements if specs are updated post IFC
- Notify Project Manager of any potential cost impacts related to testing requirements if specs are updated post IFC>
- Identify any potential RFI’s related to missing information or conflicting information in each preparatory meeting (if any).
- Confirm any changes from the testing requirements are documented through the RFI process.
- Technical requirements
- Familiarity with Excel Macros and Macro code management
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Semiconductor process piping standards
- Familiarity with pipe welding standards
- Familiarity with Structural welding standards and IBC code requirements
- Familiarity with Commissioning processes
- Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry or high-tech relevant experience
- 10+ years’ experience with High Purity Piping installation and quality sign off
