**Job Overview**:
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring that the sales floor is inviting and well-stocked while providing friendly and knowledgeable service to all visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining store organization.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with care and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management and stock-taking activities.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM graduated, diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
