1. To ensure safety awareness and programs, housekeeping, environment performance and safe journey management meet company goals and objectives.

2. Liaise with relevant parties on the implementation including safety programs and to ensure the fulfilment on organisational commitment towards RTOG requirement.

3. Initiating training programs for employees in the organisation.

4. Update Company Key Performance Index (KPI) for Customer and Management on monthly basis.

6. HSSE requirements are adhered by HSSE, Operation, Depot, Maintenance Department staff, Contractors, and Vendors.

7. Attend Company Management, HSE Meeting, Clients / Customer meetings, trainings and other activities.

8. Participate in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) during an emergency (on-site / off-site) and in accident / incident / complain investigation.

**Role and Responsibilities**

1. Promote Safety and Health awareness programs among employees, contractors and service provider.

2. Attend to customers training and meeting as required.

3. Attend the Monthly Safety Meeting, Management Meeting and assist on follow up actions from meeting, and be an affiliate in Company Safety Committee.

4. Conduct toolbox meeting, safety talks, accident / incident / complain investigation and follow up action items.

5. Conduct safety training for employees, contractor and initiate work / journey risk assessment, safety inspection (walkabout), road vehicles and highlight to management of findings.

6. Advice management on new Safety, Health and Environment Regulations / Requirements and coordinate with client on Health, Safety and Environment issues which may arise from meetings, audits, inspection or investigation.

7. Participate in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) during an emergency (on-site / off-site) and in accident / incident / complain investigation.

8. Assist HSE Manager pertaining on product security, journey management and road surveillance audit finding and counsel driver for misconduct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
