As a Credit Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing and controlling credit activities.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **

**Cash collection**:

- Contact the customers to collect overdue payments and resolve any billing issues with internal teams.
- Record customers issues and collaborate with customer services and sales teams as required for resolving the issues ASAP
- Provide the management with weekly and monthly KPIs measuring the efficiency of the actions and the decrease of overdues
- Contribute to maintain an updated customers database in the ERP

**Credit limit**:

- Monitor credit limits and review customer accounts to ensure adherence to established credit policies.
- Assess credit risk and make recommendations for credit limit adjustments in line with the policy of the companies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and credit control activities
- Prepare report and provide regular updates on credit control activities to management
- Review sales orders on credit block Other responsibilities
- Perform review/validation on all Vendor Bank detail amendment requests
- Ad-hoc tasks relating to cash collection and credit limits as it may be necessary

**Reproting line**: you will report to the manager of our shared service centre JOB

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in credit control, credit analysis, cash collection
- Strong Knowledge of credit management principles, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Team spirit, open minded, able to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders ( such as customer services, sales teams, accounting department..)
- Compliance orientate
- MNC experience is a plus
- Fluent in english ( verbal/ write and read)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
