Job Purpose
The IT Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s IT operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning of hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires a proactive team player who can balance following direction with bringing in fresh ideas to improve IT efficiency, security, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Support users by responding to IT-related inquiries and requests.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of licenses, assets, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT improvement initiatives.
- Work under guidance of IT Manager/Head, while also contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT-related procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support company projects requiring IT involvement, ensuring alignment with business needs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Proactive and resourceful, with ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Knowledge of networking, system administration, and IT security is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, or cloud solutions will be a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
