**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Identify business opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry, and positioning.
- Overseeing, managing, and training a business development team to achieve the development planning.
- Analyze the current market trends and understand the customer needs to create business strategies to uplift the revenue.
- Developing new products and services, including detailed market strategies and pricing plans.
- Create and implement processes and policies to support overall business development.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature, communication, and branding.
- Planning and execution for local marketing plans and promotions across several channels and Retail Stores.
- Monitoring the Company’s Retail Stores, E-Commerce, and Social Media channels.
- Attending networking events and hosting stands at exhibitions and conferences
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.
- Expand the company’s customers through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
- Setting and reviewing sales goals and ensuring the sales team meets the targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to drive growth and expand the business.
- Assist in other areas within the Company as and when requested by your superior.
- At all times keep your immediate superiors promptly and fully informed of your conduct of the business or affairs of the Company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Strong operational knowledge of the Company’s products and services offered.
- Experienced level of strategic selling, sales forecast, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the market and competitors.
- Experienced level of customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, sell, and build customer base.
- Ability to look for data and understand the importance of metrics to drive the business.
- Experienced in lead and funnel management.
- Excellent interaction with territory managers, field sales team, and customers
- Strong financial knowledge of dealing with financial buyers and making informed financial discussions that can help separate the Company from our competitors.
- Ability to do budgeting and management.
- Advanced level of leadership skills, interpersonal, communication, analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Sales-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Ambitious, personable, and driven with a detail-oriented, forward-thinking attitude
- Exhibit strong people management skills.
**Requirements**:
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales or business development field.
Experience in management will be advantageous.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Understand and experience in managing social media.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
