1) Handle customer and employee issues
2) Oversee operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency
3) Ensure security and safety regulations are met
4) Update & Prepare weekly & monthly sales report.
5) Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies.
6) Check and monitor performance of staffs.
7) Liaise with HR & Account departments for operations & staff issues.
8) Calculate and submit OT claims & staff details in timely manner.
9) Ensure all weekly & monthly closing are submitted in time.
10) Interview & recruit new staff when necessary.
11) Key contact person with Hotel System vendor in liaising hotel system issue.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
