**Responsibility**:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival at the clinic.
- Support patient registration at the counter/system.
- Provide brief guidance to patients on treatment flow.
- Escort patients to consultation rooms or relevant counters.
- Support basic Clinic Assistant tasks when required.
