Housekeeping Executive

Control all the work processes and contribute to good management of P&L.
- Inventory control of non-merchandise items, stationeries and printing forms.
- Perform ordering to replenish the insufficient stock.
- Manage and ensure good condition of assets, equipment and systems.
- Monitor and escort the appointed contractor on carrying out the job given.
- Conduct the Opening & Closing of the Mall. Check the report on daily basis and propose countermeasure.
- Manage the Mall key movement. Keep a proper record on handover / takeover of the specific key.
- Monitor and maintain the Mall cleanliness.
- Liaise with the cleaning contractor, waste collector, pest controller, and audit the result expected.
- Monitor and manage the condition of public facilities in terms of functionality, arrangement and cleanliness.
- Ensure all licenses are safely kept, strictly controlled and ready for checking by the authorities.
- Coordinate with HQ Admin on procedures of claiming insurance, service contract, Online Purchase.
- Liaise with FMD Staffs on any maintenance issues.
- Assist Promotion department. preparing materials of promotion and exhibition.
- Bank in the cheque received from supplier for the potion money as stated in the agreement.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
