**Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze data to identify key trends, patterns, and performance metrics across various markets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor sales, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving pricing strategies, inventory management, and customer engagement.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and potential growth opportunities in international e-commerce markets.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality assurance processes and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for expanding our cross-border e-commerce presence and increasing market share in different regions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce analytics to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by team lead/management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for these position
- Confident in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills especially in both Mandarin & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint & Power BI
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able and willingness for multi-tasking
- Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
