**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner
**In
- charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up**
Respond to phone calls and attend patient’s enquiries
**Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic**
Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/ or emotional needs; provides patients and family teaching; triages patients and inform physician of patients status
**Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization.**
Perform daily clerical, logístical & administrative support to clinic i.e. stock checks, panels key-in
**Manage simple account and billing matters**
Any others responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum diploma and above or Diploma in Nursing is preferable
**Fresh grad (any Medical Related Field) OR with working experience**
Attentive with good work ethics
**Language Proficiency: English, Malay, or Chinese**
Able to communicate fluently
**Customer service oriented and friendly disposition**
Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
**Skills: Computer, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point**
Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.**Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
