**Position**: Content Creator

**Salary**: RM 3,500 - RM 5,500
**Location**: Damansara Uptown
**Working Days/Time**: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Job Summary**

As a Content Creator, you will conceptualize, create, and deliver engaging content across both digital and print platforms. Your role will align with the company’s marketing objectives, enhancing the brand presence and ensuring all content resonates with the target audience.

**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging and innovative content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to branding and design guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional image across all platforms.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes, including campaigns, events, and social media. Develop storyboards and edit visuals to maximize their impact.
- Monitor content performance in collaboration with the team and implement data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of photos, videos, and design templates for easy access and reuse.
- Stay updated on new trends and advancements in photography, videography, and content marketing, incorporating them into creative output.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns by producing visually compelling content tailored to target audiences.
- Drive engagement through content across social media, websites, and digital platforms, enhancing customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Provide real-time photography and videography support during company events, creating shareable moments for social media platforms.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, photography, and videography, preferably within a corporate or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in advanced graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), video editing tools, and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling principles.
- Experience managing multimedia assets and content production workflows.
- Creative, with strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in photography and videography.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
