You will be responsible for overseeing the entire patient journey, from initial inquiry to treatment completion, with a strong focus on increasing patient acquisition and treatment plan acceptance.The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for sales and business development. You will be the key driver of the clinic's success, ensuring both outstanding patient care and the achievement of our business goals.Key Responsibilities:Practice Growth & Patient Acquisition:Lead all patient acquisition activities. This includes managing new inquiries from all channels (web, social media, etc.) and implementing strategies to convert them into new patients.Personally handle high-value consultations, guiding patients through our aesthetic services (aligners, smile makeovers) and driving the acceptance of treatment plans to meet clinic revenue targets.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.Make strategic outbound calls to new leads and follow up with existing patients to secure commitments for consultations and treatments.Patient Experience & Treatment Coordination:Oversee the entire patient lifecycle to ensure a seamless, premium experience that reflects the Smileworld brand.Present complex treatment plans and financial options to patients in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner.Act as the primary liaison between the patient and the clinical team to ensure flawless coordination of care.Train and mentor front-desk staff on patient communication and service excellence.Operational & Team Leadership:Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.Work closely with the dentists and clinical team to optimize scheduling and patient flow.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (e.g., new patient numbers, conversion rates, revenue) and report findings to senior management.Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the clinic team.Who We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile):Experience:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management, senior coordination, or sales-focused role within a dental clinic, medical aesthetic practice, or a related high-end service industry.Essential: A proven track record of successfully growing a business or department and consistently achieving revenue or sales targets.Skills:Strong Commercial Acumen: An expert in consultative sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals. You must be comfortable and motivated by a target-driven environment with a significant commission-based reward structure.Leadership & Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
