Technician (Dispensers, Aircons - Kuala Lumpur) Location: Kuala LumpurWorking Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am 6pmIndustry: Scents & Fragrance IndustrySalary: Up to RM4000 + Additional Allowances + Incentives Job Scope: 1. System Installation & Servicing Support the installation, servicing and maintenance of fragrance systems and related equipment at client sitesPerform scheduled maintenance, refilling, and troubleshooting of scenting unitsEnsure quality and safety standards are met across all service operations 2. Customer Support Attend to client service requests and perform timely corrective actionsMaintain professionalism and represent the company as a trusted service partnerCommunicate effectively with internal teams and clients on site issues and resolutions 3. Operational Support Manage service schedules and ensure accurate reporting after each visitAssist in maintaining inventory of fragrance oils and equipment partsProvide feedback to improve service processes and operational efficiency Requirements: No Experience required, Training will be provided. Basic mechanical or electrical understanding preferred. Prior experience or knowledge in HVAC systems preferred.
