What you'll be doing?
  • Software Development: Design and implement firmware for automotive products using the V-model software development life cycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Testing and Verification: Create software test specifications and perform unit and integration testing.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze failure logs and resolve software issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-production support to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Project Management: Complete assigned tasks according to project schedules and deadlines.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in C programming, with knowledge of C#, C++, or Visual Basic as an advantage.
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with UML or other design tools is beneficial.
  • Embedded Systems: Experience in embedded software development, particularly for automotive applications, is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Malay to facilitate effective collaboration and client interactions.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel overseas for projects on short notice.
