Job Summary

Strategy

  • Stewardship and Facilitator Role: Align portfolio management activities with the overall Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) strategy.
  • Investment Performance Reviews: Guide Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) content to achieve desired results and strategic objectives.

Business

  • WRB Business Alignment: Ensure portfolio management practices support and enhance the WRB business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Processes

  • CDS Standards and Governance: Maintain awareness and adherence to all Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and governance processes.
  • QPR Management: Oversee the management of Quarterly Performance Reviews to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  • Creation of Executive Content: Taking raw data of financial execution metrics and making it ready for management team consumption whereby attention to detail is crucial.
  • Technology Management: Oversee technology management initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of technological resources.
  • Tech Risk Management: Implement and manage technology risk management practices to safeguard portfolio integrity.

Risk Management

  • QPR Level Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks at the Quarterly Performance Review level to ensure portfolio stability and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
  • Good communication & presentation to give insights on current project to management.
  • Ability to follow up with internal stakeholders and elicit quality responses within timelines.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management with analytical and quantitative skills would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in software and tools such as Clarity, ADO, Confluence, Excel, MS Project, MS Planner, MS Whiteboard, PowerPoint and any related to Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build internal stakeholders relationship.
