Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
MSSQL Database Administrator (DBA)
to manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases. The role involves ensuring database performance, security, and availability while supporting cloud-native database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain
    Microsoft SQL Server
    databases
  • Perform database backups, restores, and recovery operations
  • Optimize database performance through tuning and indexing
  • Implement and maintain
    high availability
    and
    disaster recovery
    solutions
  • Manage user access, permissions, and database security
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support business needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years
    of experience as an MSSQL DBA
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft SQL (Level 3)
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud-native database technologies
  • Solid understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
