About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React Native Mobile Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX principles, and modern development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native modules as required.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure code quality through proper documentation, version control, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years in React Native.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Experience with React hooks, Redux, or Context API.
  • Familiarity with native build tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployment on App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Experience with API integration, push notifications, and mobile security best practices.
  • Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Fastlane, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of Flutter, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase).

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5, RM7,500.00 per month
