About the role

Kingsman Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Commission Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, The Commission Executive is responsible for managing, verifying, and processing all agent commission-related transactions in an accurate and timely manner. This role ensures commission payouts comply with company policies, developer agreements, and internal SOPs — maintaining financial transparency and supporting agents' trust and motivation.

What you'll be doing

  • Verify SPA, LO, and collection documents before processing commission.
  • Calculate agent commission and overrides according to company structure and tier level.
  • Ensure all commissions comply with developer collection thresholds and internal SOP.

  • Generate and maintain commission reports for management review.

  • Liaise with developers to confirm project collection status and payout eligibility.

  • Work closely with Project PIC, Admin, and Finance teams to track contract and claim progress.

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement to speed up commission release.

  • Ensure SOP compliance and recommend updates when necessary.
  • Assist in digitalization or automation initiatives related to commission workflow.

What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in commission processing, accounting, or real estate administration (fresh graduates with strong numerical skills are encouraged to apply).

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines and multitask.
