Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely and timely drive to designated destinations, such as work, meetings, events, or social gatherings.
  • Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts.
  • Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and repaired as needed, including handling minor maintenance tasks like checking tire pressure and oil levels.
  • Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer's car(s). Report any issues with the vehicle to the employer or management promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, respecting the privacy of the employer and their family.
  • Avoid sharing any personal or sensitive information learned during trips or interactions.
  • Maintain a high standard of driving at all times, adhering to local traffic laws.
  • Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
  • Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience as driver, company driver or personal driver.
  • Willing to work on weekends (If needed), and overtime.
  • Must have valid driving license.
  • A proven record of safe driving with no major accidents or traffic violations.
  • Excellent time management and punctuality.
  • Good navigation skill.
