1) Coordinate daily work assignments for technicians and sales team members.

2) Maintain accurate records of job schedules, assignments, and follow-ups.

3) Assist in tracking project progress and update relevant stakeholders.

4) Manage documentation related to job orders, work reports, and invoices.

5) Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations

6) Communicate with customers and vendors regarding job schedules and service updates.

7) Ensure all work arrangements comply with company policies and timelines.

8) Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.

9) Assist in inventory tracking for equipment, tools, and materials.

10) Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency.
