Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of welders in daily fabrication work.
• Ensure welding jobs are carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Check fit-up, joint preparation, and finished weld quality before and after work.
• Arrange materials, tools, and equipment needed for production.
• Plan, assign, monitor & follow up daily welding tasks and schedule
• Report progress and issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Welding / Fabrication Welding / Metal Works / Mechanical (from TVET, Polytechnic, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in welding and fabrication work.
• Able to lead a small team and manage work schedules.
• Skilled in MIG / TIG / ARC welding and grinding work.
• Able to read simple fabrication drawings.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for suitable candidates
