Sociology Tutors

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sociology Tutor role based in Plaza Mont Kiara. The Sociology Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and insightful lessons to students, providing academic support, and tailoring teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating assignments, evaluating student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sociology concepts, theories, and current research
• Ability to develop lesson plans and effectively deliver educational content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse learners
• Experience with classroom management and providing individualized academic guidance
• Patience, adaptability, and the capability to create an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Sociology or a related field
