Responsibilities

Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents

Coordinate with carriers and schedule shipments

Maintain accurate inventory records

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy

Communicate with vendors and customers regarding delivery status

Update logistics databases and tracking systems

Assist with resolving shipping and delivery issues

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Support warehouse staff with documentation and inventory tasks

Generate reports related to logistics performance

Use SQL to retrieve and update data in logistics and inventory databases

Reply to customer emails regarding order and delivery inquiries

Handle customer phone calls and provide delivery updates or assistance

Perform multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth logistics operations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in logistics or warehouse environment preferred

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software

Basic knowledge and practical experience using SQL

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer service-oriented with good email and phone communication etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,801.79 per month
