Job Title: IT Intern

Department: IT & System Support

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining IT and karaoke systems.
• Support installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
• Provide basic technical support to staff and outlets.
• Help with system updates, documentation, and asset tracking.
• Assist in ad-hoc IT projects and outlet setups.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (ongoing).
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware/software is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and proactive.
• Able to work on-site when required.
