What is the role [Non-Halal Environment]

As a Management Trainee at Q-Q Food Industry Sdn Bhd, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the company's operations. The full-time role is based in Kampung Cheras Baru, Kuala Lumpur. The 1-year program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the food manufacturing industry and the chance to develop into a future leader within the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Undergo a structured training program to learn about different departments within the company, including production, quality control & assurance.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of production activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Participate in project management activities and contribute to the development of new products or business initiatives
  • Gain exposure to the company's operational reporting processes
  • Provide support to the management team as needed and contribute to the overall success of the business

  • A bachelor's degree in the Food science and technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for the food manufacturing industry and a desire to learn and grow within the company in the long term
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
