Job Description

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator Cum Graphic Designer to join our client's team and support daily content creation and branding activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging photo and video content, designing visual materials, and actively participating in marketing campaigns across social media platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, confident on camera, trend-aware, and enjoys working in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, shoot, and produce daily photos and videos related to menu items, restaurant ambiance, customers, behind-the-scenes activities, and promotions

2) Ensure minimum content output is achieved according to weekly and monthly KPIs

3) Design posters, banners, flyers, menus, static content, and other visual materials aligned with Mak Kimbong's branding

4) Use tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator to produce high-quality designs for promotions, packaging, menus, and campaigns

5) Appear as on-camera talent with confidence, engaging personality, and clear communication in videos, live content, events, and special recordings

6) Follow content directions and campaign guidelines from the Marketing Executive

7) Assist in uploading content according to schedule and prepare short, engaging captions

8) Monitor viral trends, propose creative ideas, and respond professionally to comments and direct messages on social media platforms

9) Collaborate closely with the Marketing Executive, Operations Team, and Management for content and marketing activities

10) Conduct photoshoots for new products and daily menu items

11) Support marketing activities such as event preparation, live videos, and booth setup

12) Organize and manage content files, designs, and reference materials systematically

Requirements

1) Basic skills in photography, videography, and graphic design

2) Proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

3) Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in live or recorded content

4) Creative, trend-aware, and active on social media platforms

5) Able to follow instructions while contributing fresh ideas

6) Experience in F&B or content creation is an advantage
