About the role

As a Site Supervisor (Renovation Work) at CHW Builder Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities for renovation projects. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that arise
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide progress updates
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections
  • Provide on-site training and guidance to construction workers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials and equipment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreman, preferably in the renovation industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address site issues
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools
  • Formal qualifications in Construction Management or a related field would be an advantage
