Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with e-commerce platforms, handling sales operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring smooth account management. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to drive e-commerce growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives will be a regular responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies
  • Experience in Account Management to build and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive and achieve targets effectively
  • Team Management skills to lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
