PPIC Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PPIC Executive to join our team at BLOXWICH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Seri Iskandar Perak. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational planning, production, and inventory control support to ensure the efficient and effective management of our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and sales forecasts
• Manage inventory levels to optimise stock holding and ensure parts availability
• Analyse production and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Liaise with production, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate materials and resources
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility on production and inventory performance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our planning and control processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
