Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst (Reporting & Consolidation) to join their team
What you'll be doing?
  • Consolidate Financials: Lead or assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop consolidated financial statements and internal management reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Analyze Financials: Conduct financial planning and analysis, supporting business strategies with data-driven insights and models.
  • Support Audits: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance.
  • Enhance Processes: Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and analysis, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a strong willingness to learn financial systems and modeling. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and experience in process improvement or systems optimization projects are an added advantage.
  • Preferred: Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industries is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
