About The Role
Are you passionate about optimizing inventory strategies and ensuring product availability while minimizing costs? As an
Inventory Analyst
, you will define optimal inventory levels for Finished Goods (FG), Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials. You'll collaborate with planners and cross-functional teams to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define inventory strategy in collaboration with concurrent planners and Category DSP managers.
  • Establish and share optimal inventory levels for FG, Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials, considering demand variability and supplier lead time fluctuations.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs through optimized storage, transportation, and order quantity strategies.
  • Segment portfolio and manage high-value items rigorously.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on inventory trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure inventory data quality compliance.
  • Collaborate with planners to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions.
  • Develop and implement inventory risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

What We're Looking For:
Experience:

  • 2+ years in supply planning and inventory management within a multinational environment.
  • Expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and control techniques.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics.
  • CPIM certification preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of E2E supply chain planning and trade-offs between service level and cost.
  • Ability to interact and influence internal stakeholders with integrity.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
