Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving & Transportation

  • Safely drive the employer to and from appointments, meetings, events, and other destinations.
  • Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, traffic congestion, or roadblocks.
  • Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items or luggage when required.

2. Vehicle Maintenance

  • Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, tyre pressure, engine oil, water, battery).
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, both interior and exterior, at all times.
  • Arrange for periodic servicing and repairs.
  • Keep vehicle road tax, insurance, and inspection (PUSPAKOM if applicable) up-to-date.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a valid driving license.
  • Drive responsibly and avoid any unsafe driving behavior.
  • Keep confidentiality of employer's schedule, conversations, and personal matters.

4. Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Maintain a logbook of mileage, toll, petrol, and parking expenses.
  • Run errands for the employer when needed (banking, pickups, deliveries).
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by the employer.

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license (D / B2 if needed).
  • Proven experience as a personal driver or company driver.
  • Familiar with local routes, traffic conditions, and GPS apps.
  • Good communication skills, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
