As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure the highest standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, implement strategic initiatives, and uphold brand excellence. This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to inspire and guide teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Sofitel's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and effective hotel operations while maintaining brand quality and service excellence.
  • Provide leadership and support to operational leaders to achieve business goals and elevate the guest experience.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, service, and profitability.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all areas.
  • Support the General Manager in strategic planning, financial performance monitoring, and overall hotel leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional focus on guest experience and service delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with international hospitality brands is an advantage.
