Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CSA Engineer position located in Petaling Jaya. The CSA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective coordination between customer satisfaction and service processes. The role includes providing outstanding customer service, handling customer inquiries professionally over the phone or other channels, and ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met. The engineer will also proactively address and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and dedication.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Customer-focused Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, ensuring a high level of service delivery
  • Excellent Telephone Manner and communication skills to handle customer interactions
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and address customer concerns effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of CSA processes are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
