Job Description
TASK / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general administrative assistance, including document preparation, filing, photocopying, and coordinating courier services;
• Provide administrative support to the Management team;
• Assist the preparation of letters, memos, and presentation materials as needed;
• To handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail;
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation;
• Support the procurement of office supplies and equipment;
• To track office and pantry supplies, and stationery inventory, ensuring timely replenishment;
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers;
• Coordinate schedules and ensure meeting spaces are prepared in advance;
• To maintain a tidy, organized and professional office space including common areas;
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment repair and office improvements;
• To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Work effectively with minimum supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Able to work under tight timeline and ability to multi-tasking
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude
