Reporting Analyst – 11pm - 8am Shift

KellyOCG is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for our global talent solutions programs. This role is responsible for preparing standard and ad-hoc reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting business reviews and audits. You will work with VMS tools and large datasets to deliver insights that support the Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO), IC/SOW, and RPO practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain SLA/KPI reports, dashboards, and business review materials.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for clients, program managers, and leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity, streamline reporting processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Support new account implementations by developing new reporting tools and measurements.
  • Assist during audits with data trends and performance insights.
  • Perform other analytics-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, finance, IT, or operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivoting, charting, and VBA.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with all organizational levels.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Experience with VMS tools a plus.
