The Job

  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for the company's projects.
  • Will lead a team of electricians and contractors, ensuring all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all electrical installation, testing, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.
  • Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to electricians and contractors.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with regulatory standards, safety codes, and internal policies.
  • Inspect electrical systems and equipment, troubleshoot faults, and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality work execution.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for accurate implementation.
  • Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports on site activities.
  • Maintain documentation related to electrical systems, maintenance records, and inspections.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and inventory required for electrical works.
  • Enforce safety practices and conduct regular safety briefings and audits.

The Candidate

  • Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid Electrical Competency Certificate (e.g., A2, A3, A4 or higher) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga is an added advantage.
  • At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in electrical project supervision or maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software is an advantage
  • Willing to work extended hours, including night shifts and weekends, as operational activities may occur outside mall operating hours.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documents.
  • Computer literate with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Must have own transport and be open to outstation travel.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
