What you'll be doing?
  • Brand Visual Development: Create compelling content that supports company's brand positioning and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Digital & Social Media Design: Craft engaging assets for various social platforms, including animations, GIFs, and video thumbnails.
  • E-Commerce Visuals: Design eye-catching storefront layouts and product displays for major e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
  • Print & Offline Marketing: Prepare high-quality artwork for brochures, flyers, and packaging labels, ensuring accurate production.
  • Website Support: Assist in designing web elements to maintain an appealing and user-friendly online presence.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, HR, and E-Commerce teams to support various design needs and participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
Who are they looking for?
  • Design Education: A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, and other editing tools.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in related fields, showcasing clean, conversion-focused design for products or digital retail.
  • Language Skills: Multilingual proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred to create content across these languages.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • Video Content Skills: Basic ability to shoot and edit short-form video content is a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to work.
  • Growth Mindset: Open to feedback and continuously looking to improve and innovate.
