Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200

Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Off)

Job Description

We're looking for a creative and confident Live Host Cum Content Creator to join our client's growing team in Port Dickson. This role combines creativity and communication — you'll be producing engaging content while hosting live sessions to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

1) Digital Content Creation

• Plan, create, and edit creative content in various formats (photo, video, and graphic) for the company's social media platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's identity and marketing strategy.
• Develop scripts and creative concepts to increase audience engagement.
• Ensure all content complies with copyright laws and company guidelines.

2) Live Streaming & Hosting

• Conduct live sessions on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Present product information clearly, confidently, and persuasively during live sessions.
• Engage with viewers in real time by answering questions and promoting products in a friendly, interactive way.

3) Social Media Management & Monitoring

• Schedule and upload content based on the company's marketing calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer feedback across all platforms.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on data.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends to produce relevant and impactful content.

4) Coordination with Marketing & Sales Teams

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and promotional strategies.
• Assist in producing marketing materials such as posters or promotional videos.
• Support offline marketing or promotional events when required.

5) Compliance & Operational Support

• Maintain a professional and positive image in all online and offline interactions.
• Comply with data security and customer information protection procedures.
• Perform any additional or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Provide full cooperation to the team and be willing to work outside standard hours if required for operations.

Requirements

• Experience in live hosting or content creation is an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking confidently on camera and interacting with viewers.
• Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere).
