Job Summary:

The Production Intern will assist the Production Department in monitoring daily operations, improving production efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This internship provides exposure to manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring daily production activities and report on progress.
  • Support production supervisors in ensuring workflow efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze production data for performance improvement.
  • Participate in quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in updating production records and documentation.
  • Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in a plant/factory environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
